Who We Are
Ardra Advisory was founded by Vaishnavi Ram Mohan. Vaishnavi is a trained organisational psychologist, holding an MSc. in Organisational and Social Psychology from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a Diploma in Professional Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM). Vaishnavi is also a Registered Psychologist, a Development Dimensions International (DDI) Certified Facilitator, a Chartered Marketer with CIM and an Associate Member of the Institute of Human Resource Management in Kenya (IHRM).
Vaishnavi has over a decade of consultancy experience, including six years' experience at Deloitte East Africa, where she was previously a Manager in the Human Capital Consulting Practice. Vaishnavi has worked with clients across Africa and the Middle East, spanning the financial services, energy, manufacturing, publishing and non-profit sectors among several others.
Vaishnavi is also an Adjunct Faculty member at United States International University - Africa, where she teaches courses in organisational psychology.
Our Philosophy
"Ardra" is a Sanskrit word that symbolises transformation, regeneration and renewal.
Transformation has become something of an imperative in the 21st-century world of work. Whether it is transforming our skills as individuals, our approach as leaders, or our ways of work as businesses, organisations are constantly called upon to evolve. At Ardra Advisory, we recognise that for organisations to transform, people must transform and it is through our people that our organisation achieves it's aspirations. We also understand that a journey of evolution and regeneration can be complex and seek to equip individuals and organisations to navigate periods of transformation. We bring to all our clients a combination of rigorous tools, research-backed methodologies, a human-centric approach and flexible delivery.
No two transformation journeys are the same; similarly, we tailor our approach to each client's unique needs. Irrespective of the nature of the service, our work is anchored in best practice and technical expertise, underpinned by project management skills and focused on practical and lasting solutions.
